Our start days are either Mondays or Thursdays.
To receive your order for Monday start, orders need to by placed by 12pm Saturday.
To receive your order for Thursday start, orders need to be placed by 12pm Tuesday.
Cancellations must be emailed to email@example.com and must be 48 hours before
your start date. You will receive a confirmation email the following business day.
1. Canceling BEFORE the Start of Your Plan You, the customer, may cancel this order, without any penalty or obligation, at any time prior to 48 hours before you begin your plan.
2. Canceling AFTER the Start of Your Plan If you decide to cancel your plan after the start of delivery, you will receive and be charged for the remainder of your delivery.
3. Any changes made to your order must be requested at least 24 hours before your delivery date.
4. Any meal credits, complimentary meals or days, will be issued as a credit to your EATORGANIX account to be used for future purchases.
5. For reimbursements for your cancelled order, please allow up to 10 business days for your refund to be credited to you.
1. We deliver your meals twice a week on Sunday and Wednesday from 8pm-6am. We are currently serving Los Angeles County, San Fernando Valley and the Westside area.
2. Our driver will deliver your meals between the hours of 8:00 PM and 6:00 AM.
3. EAT ORGANIX is not responsible for any lost or stolen bags, or bags that are not able to be delivered due to incorrect gate codes, entrance keys, or security teams that have not been alerted of your deliveries.
1. EAT ORGANIX charges a delivery fee of $5 per day to the Greater Los Angeles Area.
2. Before each delivery, you must leave your previous cooler bag with the ice pack and bag tag attached outside for our drivers to pick up to avoid a nonrefundable fee of $20.
3. At the end of your program, we will schedule your final bag to be picked up and it must be picked up within 7 days. Unreturned bags will result in a $20.00 fee per bag.
